 The plate_renderer is work with [[https://naif.jpl.nasa.gov/naif/index.html | the SPICE toolkit]] developed by [[https://naif.jpl.nasa.gov/naif/about.html | NAIF/JPL/NASA]]. You have to install the toolkit to compile the plate_renderer. [[https://heasarc.gsfc.nasa.gov/fitsio/ | CFITSIO]] is also required.
